Satellite Teleconferencing Services


Satellite teleconferencing is provided by Educational Television at these rates and with these requirements.  For questions, please contact  WKYU-PBS Operations Manager or call 1-800-599-2424 (745-2400).  
REQUIREMENTS

1.  Reservations must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days prior to event to hold time slot and space.
2.  One week prior to event, ETV staff must receive written verification that licensing fee has been paid (if applicable) and the satellite coordinates of the conference.  If this information is not received on time, the time slot and space will be released to other customers.
3.  Payment is due on or before day of event.  NOTE:  Interactive Videoconferencing is provided by the IVS Office of Communication Technologies. For information regarding ISDN and IP video conference connections, please contact IVS at 270-745-2625.

Satellite Coordinates:  WKYU-PBS cannot receive the teleconference without satellite coordinates.  It is your responsibility to provide the coordinates one week before your conference.  If you do not have the coordinates at the time of this request, please email the WKYU-PBS Operations Manager at least one week prior to your conference with your information.

 DUPLICATIONS:

The client is provided with 1 VHS copy of videoconference. Additional VHS copies are available at additional cost.  Delivery within 4 weeks.
